Terms of Service Policy: Fairway Oaks Bed & Breakfast 1. Quiet Hours: •No loud noise after 9 PM. •Respect neighbors and maintain a reasonable noise level throughout the day. 2. Smoking and Vaping: •No smoking or vaping inside the property. •No smoking or vaping on the outside of the property. •Rather, take some good deep breaths and enjoy the views. 3. Pet Policy: •Pets (dog or cat) are allowed, with a deposit and clean up fees, if needed. •Pet fee of $25 will be added to your bill for your stay. If additional cleanup is required after your visit, you will be charged an applicable fee, ranging from $50 to $100. Any damage caused by pets or guests will be assessed based on the replacement cost. 4. Guest Conduct: •No parties or events without prior approval. •Treat the property with respect and maintain it in good condition. •No illegal activities. •Guests are responsible for compliance with applicable laws. 5. Checkout: •Guests should complete checkout, including key return, by the designated checkout time. Checkout time is: 11AM. •If all the rooms are rented out for a wedding party, then checkout is at 1PM. •Guests should not leave their belongings at the Bed & Breakfast past the designated checkout time without approval from the owners. 6. Damage: •Guests are responsible for any damage to the property caused by their negligence. •Damage reports will be assessed, and guests will be responsible for paying any valid amounts. Any damage that causes the cancellation of other guests’ reservations will be charged for the value of those missed reservations.
